Overview
LATORI CORIUM LLC provides custom graphic design and web development services. Because deliverables are created for a specific client and brief, fees are generally earned as work progresses according to agreed milestones.
Deposits and milestones
Projects may require a deposit or staged payments. Deposits reserve studio time and fund initial discovery and concept work. Milestone invoices typically correspond to completed phases described in the project scope.
Client cancellation
If you cancel after work has started, fees for completed milestones and documented work performed to date remain due. Unused future milestones may be canceled according to the written agreement. Deposit amounts are generally non-refundable once concept or production work has begun, unless the agreement states otherwise.
Studio cancellation
If we are unable to complete an engagement for reasons within our control, we will discuss options such as a revised timeline or a refund of fees paid for work not delivered, as appropriate under the agreement.
Scope changes
Material changes to deliverables, timelines, or revision rounds may require an updated quote. Work outside the approved scope is not owed until the change is agreed in writing.
